| What is the route? (Where am I going?) The route takes us, via Portugal, across the Atlantic Ocean to Cuba, then through the Panama Canal and across the Pacific Ocean, via the Galapagos Islands and Japan to China. We then travel to Hong Kong, the Philippines and Singapore before crossing the Indian Ocean to Mauritius and then to South Africa. From there, it is back across the Atlantic Ocean to Brazil, before turning north to New York and then a final crossing of the Atlantic Ocean and back to Liverpool, via Jersey. All in all, it is an eleven-month journey incorporating 16 races over 35,000 miles. Please click on the map at the top of this page to see where we are going as well as following the link to the Ports of Call. Ship ahoy!! |
